Sisters Elizabeth 'Ellen' Catherine Crawley known as Ellen and Margaret Clara Crawley rest here together. They are the daughters of George Sowden Crawley 1850-1921 and Jane Ann Crawley (née Corkan) 1855-1931.
Ellen was born on the 13th February 1897 in Gympie, the youngest of nine children.

Ellen died at three years of age in Gympie on the28th October 1900, cause of death unknown.
Her parents, George Sowden Crawley (Snr) was born on the 11th December 1850 in Shadwell, Middlesex England while Jane Ann Corkan born 17th February 1855 in Sydney and they married in Sydney in 1871. Their first born child also named George Sowden Crawley born in 1874, died at age 4 years in Ultimo on the 31 December 1878 (unknown cause). The next year George and Jane moved to Queensland living in Gympie where George worked as an Engine driver in the goldfields. They lived there for 39 years until they moved to Ipswich where George died in 1921 he is resting in the Ipswich Cemetery in the Roman Catholic Section 1A unknown plot. Jane who was living with her son George Henry Crawley and his wife, died 10 years later in 1931 and is also buried at Ipswich Roman Catholic Section 2A Row 1 Grave 40.
